Wrestling Prep offers Individualized Training in Standard Private Lessons and well as Individually Crafted Plans.

Standard Private Lessons

Private Lessons are available year round out of the Wreslting Prep Private Facility in Manassas Virginia or other venues in Northern Virginia.

Private Lessons are Available in Four Packages.

One Lesson @ $135

Three Lessons @ $300

Eight Lessons @ $680

Ten Lessons @ $800

Individual Plan

This is available for Wrestlers and Professional or Amateur Fighters. Wrestling Prep can coordinate an individualized plan based on technique or movement or nutrition or college admission or and or all parts. Creating the most effective plan requires interaction and a call with a Wreslting Prep Coach to begin. Please contact Coach Wester directly.
