Wrestling Prep Summer 2022
With sixteen years of camp experience, Wreslting Prep is excitedly offering eight training events in the Summer of 2022 in three different states. Focus on unique and effective technique based on body type and against math based positions, it an exclusive and unparalleled experience.
Come as a resident / overnight camper or a commuter / day camper. All levels and skill sets welcome.

Wrestling Prep Camp One in Manassas, VA
June 20 thru June 24
Camp Information
This camps runs Monday through Friday and has Nine Sessions. It is being held in Manassas, VA near the historic Manassas Battlefield.
DAILY SCHEDULE
Monday thru Thursday
- 8:00 am to 8:45 am - Drop Off
- 8:45 am to 11:30 am / 12:00 noon - Session One
- 11:30 am to 1:30 pm - Lunch and Recovery
- 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm / 4:30 pm - Session Two
- 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm - Pick Up
Friday
- 8:00 am to 8:45 am - Drop Off
- 8:45 am to 11:00 am - Session One
- 11:15 am to 12:00 Noon
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Commuters Bring Lunch
- Bring Water, Fluids and all replenishing drinks. There is room for small portable coolers.
- Bring Change of Clothing for 2nd Session and a plastic bag for your first session wet clothes.
- Bring coaches tape, finger nail clippers and any other self care items used.
- Singlets optional.
- Suggested participant where compression shorts or full length compression tights but not required.
- Suggested bringing one of the following. BCAA’s, Nuun Tablets or Recovery Salts / Electrolytes.
