The WRESTING PREP COACHES CLINICS are immersive, weekend-long learning experiences built specifically for coaches who want to sharpen how they understand and teach wrestling movement. Throughout the clinic, coaches engage hands-on with positions, transitions, and constraints alongside Coach Carolyn Wester, experiencing the concepts as both learners and teachers. This direct, small-group format sharpens a coach’s ability to see technical details, communicate movement clearly, and build teaching frameworks that adapt across body types, styles, and competitive levels. Coaches leave with a stronger technical foundation and practical tools they can immediately apply in their own rooms.
