Our camp offers a transformative experience where athletes learn to master body control and apply math-based movement techniques. These skills are crucial in overcoming the best body positions your competitors can present, providing a foundation that will set a foundation for your wrestling career for years to come. Our innovative approach to movement and training has led the way for years, consistently distinguishing us within the sport.

We are excited to host our SUMMER 2025 WRESTLING PREP CAMP @ MARYMOUNT UNIVERSITY IN ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA.
In addition, we will conduct a COACHES CLINIC  and a MENTAL DEVELOPMENT CLINIC prior to Week Two Camp.

Overnight Campers will Lodge in the Dorms @ Marymount University and have meals in the Marymount Dining Facilities and laundry.
