Sundays Live

Since 2008, Wrestling Prep and its affiliated 501(c)(3), Friends of Wrestling Prep have held an all-inclusive Sunday Afternoon Live event where all are welcome and no cost. Wreslting Prep Body Leveraging warm up followed by ninety to one hundred twenty minutes of live wrestling. This has been a transforming and game changing opportunity for thousands of wrestlers and mixed martial arts fighters from Coast to Coast.
